১। Job এর সুযোগ কেমন?
উত্তরঃ কাজের সুযোগ রয়েছে। কিন্তু ভাষা সমস্যার কারনে প্রথম ২/৩ মাস স্টুডেন্টদের কাজের ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যায় পড়তে হয়। এজন্য আমরা সব সময় ৩ মাসের Living Cost নিয়ে যাবার পরামর্শ দিয়ে থাকি।
২। ভিসা গ্যারান্টি কি 100% ?
উত্তরঃ ভিসা দেবার ক্ষমতা Embassy এর হাতে। আমরা স্টুডেন্টকে Documents তৈরিতে এবং Embassy ফেস করার ব্যাপারে সঠিক Guideline দিয়ে থাকি। এর ফলে ভিসা Refuse হবার সম্ভাবনা কমে যায়।
৩। ভিসার আগে আপনাদের কত দিতে হবে?
সঠিক উত্তরঃ ভিসার আগে স্টুডেন্টকে Application Charge ( সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০ টাকা ) আমাদের কে দিতে হবে। এছাড়া স্টুডেন্টকে Medical, Embassy Fee etc.- বাবদ কিছু টাকা খরচ করা লাগতে পারে।
৪। আপনাদের Charge কত?
আমরা Service Charge- বাবদ ৩০ – ৪০ হাজার টাকা নিয়ে থাকি যা ভিসার পরে Payment করতে পারবেন। We encourage students to transfer University tuition fees through student’s bank account to University bank account.
৫। ভিসা প্রসেসিং এ সময় কত দিন লাগে?
উত্তরঃ ভিসা প্রসেসিং সময়টা নির্ভর করে আপনি কোন Intake – এ Admission নিচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি Current Intake – এ Admission নেন তাহলে ১-২ মাসের মধ্যে ভিসা প্রসেসিং শেষ করা সম্ভব। আর আপনার Intake যদি হয় ৬ মাস পরে তবে ভিসা প্রসেসিং টাইম ৪-৫ মাস লাগতে পারে।
৬। আপনাদের আমরা কিভাবে বিশ্বাস করব?
উত্তরঃ আমরা আপনাকে বিশ্বাস করতে বলছি না। আমরা স্টুডেন্টদেরকে ভিসার ব্যাপারে পরামর্শ এবং স্টুডেন্টদেরকে Admission এর ব্যাপারে সহায়তা দিয়ে থাকি। আমরা Visa Processing, Documentation, Guideline- বাবদ Consultancy Fee সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০ টাকা নিয়ে থাকি যা ভিসার পরে দিতে হচ্ছে। তাই এখানে বিশ্বাসের প্রশ্নই আসছে না। তাছাড়া আমাদের Management Team – এ সবাই Well Educated এবং আমাদের কাছে একজন স্টুডেন্ট এর Career আমাদের Business থেকেও বেশি প্রাধান্য পায়।
7. What documents I need to submit to Facets Education for getting admission / offer letter: Ans:
• All your academic document’s original copy
• Passport’s original copy
• Photos
• Registration Id no (in case of ACCA / CIMA courses)
** Facets Education is authorized to check the student’s original documents and can hold documents except passport until facing embassy on behalf of University / college.
8. Can I face embassy with the offer / admission letter?
Ans: No you must need to get University acceptance letter to face the embassy.
9. How can I get that acceptance letter?
Ans: University need to get confirmation of partial tuition / Application fees payment before issuing acceptance letter.
10. How can I pay the tuition / application fees payment?
Ans: You have to open a student file at any bank by showing your offer letter and then need to request bank to transfer the required fund or issuance a bank draft on behalf of University / College by depositing the required amount into your bank account.
11. Will tuition fees refundable?
Ans: Yes, its refundable but you must need to show the visa refusal letter. University will deduct some admin cost from the tuition fees.
12. Do I need to do medical test?
Ans: Yes, its recommendable and some times mandatory to do medical before leaving country.
13. Do I need to do IELTS?
Ans: Some countries have requirement for IELTS like UK, Canada, USA, Australia and some countries you may not need IELTS score like Malaysia, China, Turkey, India etc.
14. How can I decide which country is better for me?
Ans: we will take an assessment test on you and after assessing you, we will recommend you the specific suitable country. However, we always recommend China for MBBS & India for Engineering course due to low cost & better quality education and recommend Malaysia who doesn’t have IELTS score and want to do part time work beside study.
15. How much I need to make budget for study abroad?
Ans: Its depend, so far if you can budget 6 – 9 lacs tk then you can think about study at UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand. If you can budget 3 to 4 lacs tk then you can think about study at Malaysia, Turkey, India. In case of China its may be 5 to 6 lacs tk. This cost will cover your 6 / 12 month’s tuition fees and other visa related costs.
16. Do I need to maintain maintenance fund in bank account?
Ans: Yes, some countries have requirement to maintain fund in BD bank account to cover one year living cost, tuition fees and transportation cost. For London one year living cost is considered as 9200 Pound, For Canada or USA its about $30000
17. Do I need to maintain fund in my bank account or in my parent’s account?
Ans: you need to show bank statement to embassy. The bank account can be your’s or your parent’s or your relative’s name. In case of parent’s or relative’s bank statement you need to show extra documents like income source, relation proof, tax documents etc. Student’s own account or parent’s account will be preferred for visa.
18. What will be the visa processing time?
Ans: Its about 1 to 2 months for China, India, UK, Turkey and 2 to 4 months for Malaysia, Canada, USA, New Zealand.
19. Will you guarantee the visa?
Ans: Never, We just guide, consulting and provide all the visa and admission related supports. Visa confirmation depend on your qualification, embassy interview performance and document’s accuracy. We will also guide on embassy interview and help to prepare documentation before facing embassy which help to increase chance to get visa.
20. Is there any part time work opportunity?
Ans: Yes, you can do part time work during study. But if you fail to attend your class regularly and can’t show your study progress then you may face problem in visa renewal time.
21. What will be the tuition and other fees?
Ans: Tuition and fees are changeable. Students are requested to contact through our Hot Line number 04478066663-64 to get update price information.
22. Are your office open seven days?
